★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews I made my mind to not visit this center. But I thought to discuss the problem over the phone. As I expected, they refused to entertain my concern over the phone and rudely disconnected the phone. This is definitely not as per NOKIA standards. I hope NOKIA will take action against them. I suggest not to waste your time and energy on them. Not trustworthy at all.

I go there to change the broken glass of my honor phono.I ask the approximate estimate they told me first deposit Rs180.Then we will tell you the estimate . I deposit then he tell me estimate of Rs 5600.when I was not agreed as economic value of old phone is not to much.
Only rude behaviour and money making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is authorised service centre of several companies viz Microsoft, Nokia and one more company.
The person attending the customers is very nice by words and attitude. Though he is quite senior in age and experience and that shows when someone speaks to him.
Overall good place to get your under warranty gadgets of abovementioned companies repaired & serviced. Moreover, chargeable reapair & service is also available here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pathetic service center, with fat lady that has absolutely no sense to handle the consumer.........avoid if possible.... They turned my within warranty phone to out of warranty and tried to charge fees for checking in warranty phone.
She threatened not to return the phone if checking charges were not paid.... My phone is 2 month old, I went there seeking warranty for touch.
PS: I did not pay any charges as they never informed that there were charges to check phone.
Pathetic people.... Crooks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the product repairment was barely satisfactory. The attitude of some of the workers was very demeaning. They don't even have the basic manners of talking to a customer. Otherwise you can a decent service if you have 2-3 hours of spare time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre. Provides pathetic service. I took my Nokia 5.1 Plus and they refused to repair it.
They took my phone inside to check liquid damage for half an hour.
They themselves will make the indicator red so that you'll not be able to claim warranty.
Do ask to check before you for the same.
This is the case with most of Nokia service centers.
They are cheaters, thieves and untrustworthy.
If ppssible do not visit them but if you do, ask them to do everything before you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not visit this place.. I have rather had honor 9i phone.. Touch stopped working for this phone. I visited this centre.. They opened it and told me it can work post updation of software..when they opened the phone touch started working for some time and they told me to save data as data would be lost during software updation. I saved the data and returned to get the same updated. They again opened the phone and conveyed that some parts are missing and it can not be covered under warranty.. Which was not the case when they opened it for the first time.. As per them parts were there When they opened it first time but was missing when they opened it again. Also they were more interested in taking the rs. 180 service charges rather than fixing the phone.. They made it very clear on the terms and I agreed to those terms.. No harm in that. But I fail to understand how can the parts be missing when no one opened it but themselves.. I urge honor to remove them as their service providers.. I had bought four honor phones but I am sure my next one will not be a honor phone.. Pathetic service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing is good for this place is u will see many popular brands service centre here but rest all things are bad... The staff show double behaviour when you give them your mobile for repairing they will talk u politely and tell u if your handset is non repaired outside or any type of external materials get found. U will have to pay 180 rupees. Then if u think my handset is new you are wrong.. They means u have to pay this amount if u want ur handset back.... Otherwise they will not give u back.... They will tell you they will give your handset in opened condition fix it yourself... Very bad experience here
