I had the best bus journey of my life with Shri Krishna Travels. To start with, their online portal was very user-friendly. Next, it was the first time that I had seen the bus start at the designated time. When I got on the bus, the comfort that I felt was unmatchable. From the window of my seat, I could see bumpy roads but could not feel them much. They also dropped me off 15 mins before the designated time. So all-in-all it was a perfect journey with nothing to complain about.

Unprofessional staff
Helper was drunk
Even owner does not follow the right behaviour with passengers.
3hrs delay in service
Nutshell they do as per their convenience and do not care abt passengers comfort.
I will never ever opt their services and even will not recommended as well.
I am quite unhappy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancel your trip but never take there services, I had bought a Non-AC single birth with no privacy curtain or sliders for 700bucks.
From Gurgaon-Mehendipur Balaji. Every now and than there were other people sitting on it and misbehaved..believe me there will be no-one to help you.
You'll realise later, what blunder you have done!!

They took money bust didn't reach at vrindavan we had to spend night on road don't book. Its only money making service

These are scammers sitting here, try to avoid these buses at any cost. I got their booking through redbus
? But was to start at 11:30 pm
❌ No bus showed up till 4 am
⭕ Again n again they kept saying 15m/30m and 5 6+ hours already passed
? Whole night drama for buses, 100s of traveller were forced to sit stand in night on jan night on roads and everyone was irate
? The alternate buses which they arranged was not their own, so forget about your booking n seat number
? They forced 2-3 people per sleeper seat and at least 2+ people on each chair
Bus was already overcrowded and still they were onboarding more people
It was terrible journey of 24+ hours.
?♂️ Avoid these at all cost, had complained to redbus and they turned away, said bus was on time n everything was good later when i presented proof i was able to get refund.
? No clean toilets around, no sitting/waiting area
Only one of the staff was good enough to handle rest everyone was not even entertaining customers/travellers.
