★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not pick up the calls. Once some old aged member picked my call and said madam will come in evening so call at 6. I called at 6 another person picks up and says madam is not there and will cm tomorrow. Today i m calling so no one picks up.

The concern person seemed very friendly and understanding yet strict and firm. She explained everything to us in detail as to what are the current requirements of the people living there and how does the system works as for treating them or helping them with anything they need. At the same time she was strict and firm enough to make an uncle stay inside the premises and not to go out of the main gate.
The infrastructure is not so well developed but hope the residents are taken good care of and finds company in each other.
