★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled yesterday from Jalgaon to Pune yesterday, we faces too many jerks , it seems driver was not riding properly or suspension was worst, they called it Mercedes Benz, but we felt bus was not at all that quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service...lots of dust & misbehaving with passengers...it's kindly requested please don't travel by this travels...This travel gives worst service I’ve ever experienced, they are so careless about your stuff and they are not even helpful, please do not travel with them, (lots of dust because of this I am not feeling well ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their new Bharat Benz bus is awesome. It has great interiors, very good coach design, suspension. It has very good sized screens worry good content to watch with remote and earphones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience I request you not to travel in Shree Sairam Travels especially departure from Panvel to Bhusawal. I complaint to staff as well as Shree Sai Ram travels office Jalgaon but not satisfy to their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer of Sairam but I am really disappointed with experience I had. There is no value for advanced booking. Bus is very poor and doesn't have space for couples on 2 seat sleepper couch.
Despite their fault, the response is "today is my day" they did not offer another seat but on boarded people from road on vacant seat.
I will stop using Sairam if they don't refund money for one seat as I booked 2 seat and travelled on narrow seat where one person can sleep.
