β β β β β Poor service, highly untrained and bad behaved staff. Would have rated 0 star if option was there. Don't travel from this, they may leave u midway if you ask the staff to stop for rest stop.

β β β β β They dont even pickup the call even if they forst they were like ki ap aa jaoge koi bhi time pr apka saaman ho jayega parcel n when i finally called them ki i want to send ky parcel then they were like we cannot do it today n then i had no place to keep my luggage as i was vacating my hostel .please dont fall for their sweet words on call . They dont even deserve that one star .

β β β β β I had traveled by this agencies Bus No. MH40 Y 6997 which running from Pune to Amravati.
There is many problems I would like to know if you going to book the bus from the agency.
This bus is having bed which is in condition like punctured... You can even feel the bars under the bed..!!
The AC vents are 24x7 365days open even you don't want but you can't close the vents.. you have and you must suffer for the cold ac air..!!
The windows and the windows curtains is only for the formalities...
If you want to add adventure or if you want to punish someone suggest him to travel by this bus...
Believe me you never regret....
Worst service I ever had in travel agency....
