★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ,arrogent employees,ones costumer pays amount they didn't care about customer... irritateting seating arrangement more than 50 % seats are brocken(specially vehicle number 9997) if costumer complaint about that they shouts & force customer to get out from vehicle in middle of journey whitout refund, no time management, they are like rikshaw(hat dikhao passenger lene ke liye ruk jayenge).such a froud travel agency.. even state government ordinary bus service is better than this, I suggest you do not choose this agency as your Traveller,they will spoil your journey..

Here is no negative rating.. if it available I would have given it...
Don't travel by this bus...
They speaks arrogant... Driver and climbers all are mannerless people...
I went to ask quiry and they said badwards to me...
If u are searching for good travel bus then this is not the correct place...
Kindly prefer other one....

Nice service from rishikesh, i will suggest to radhakrishna travel...kindly increase sqlary or package to mr rishikesh(tour manager)for ashtvinayak darshan.......he is a very sincere guy in radhakrisna travel...
Without rishikesh radhakrisna(ashtvinayak darshan)total flop...
So reqiest to u kindly make good package to mr rishikesh for ashtvinayak darshan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I booked the bus from red bus they showed shivaji nagar as pick up location. But reaching there they said you need to go to coep college to take the bus and per person you need to pay 20 rs extra to reach there. They even said they had mentioned it while booking of tickets but they hadn't mentioned it anywhere. They just tried take extra money from passenger and even didn't inform about pick up location earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service provided by this operator. they called me @ shivajinagar I was there before 30 minutes. then also they didn't call me. also they reached to yerwada. they told me to book cab with 100 RS we will pay RS from bus operator. but bus operator dont give me any RS. bus driver told me to abuse operator. Please don't choose this service for traveling.

I had booked my ticket online by yatra website where I got best deal and discount but one day before I got a call by travel office and told me that bus is cancelled for the day.
My concern is if bus is cancelled then you should arrange onther one option.
Specific I would like to write the feedback for it's staff they don't deserve even single ratings
