Driver numbers shared were all switched off. Bus got punctured. Bus delayed by 24 hrs. Pls dont opt for this travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My timing was 7:45 pm from pune then i received a mesaage that your bus is delayed and arrived at 8:30pm. i was continuesoly tracking the bus location and i got reached this place 8:27pm. one person is started shouting on me telling me that we were waiting you from 15 minutes and all..behaviour is so rude they dont have any manner to talk to passenger.
please try to tell them to improve their behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many times I had experience of this travel agency, they are not going to reach at boarding point which we have selected online and bus diver or travel agency staff pressurized us to change boarding point and if we are not agreed then they will blackmailing us to they will cancel tickets. So I suggest not to go with ganraj travels.... They are not going to respect senior citizens / patients as well.
