★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good they are providing for Parcel all over India. I usually used to send and receive Parcel from Khurana but sometimes they not manage that much good. They need to improve quality of office assistant and their attitude as they behave with customer. I personally experience with me even they didn't reply on call they we speak with them.

Even if someday khurana is selling tickitis for free even then i wont choose this travels ever again...!
Dosent even deserve a single star.
Rather this travel company should be challenged in conusmer court, for various mislanious mishaps it is responsible for...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude. Pathetic service. I have went to collect my parcel Today @ 9:00, there is no one in office & all parcels are there. They don't have worry about any loss.
Staff behavior is very rude, they are behaving like they are providing free service.
They are demanding Hamali (10/-) for 100gm parcel at both end, i.e. while handover & when collecting.
If we ask why you are charging then they are like that is compulsory.
Suggestion - If you having important doc or any imp stuff then please don't go for this service. There is lots of chances to get stoll.
