★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've called this office in morning 4 Am and the person on phone was making me realise that it's not the right time call and should call after 10 . And online it says you can 24hr. What kind of customer service is this!!! Highly recommended not to travel with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are crooks , Booked bus tickets from Delhi to udaipur from redbus.
I guess the travel company took much more booking that the capacity of the bus , then requested us to wait for 30 min so that they could accommodate us in that bus which never came , we asked him directly to give us straightforward answer , will there be a new bus coming to pick us or not , but the person from travel company kept on linger on the matter for 3 hour and kept on saying bus is coming In next 15 minutes and on and on.
Even redbus didn't provided any assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good travels agency and their buses are good as well. The staff is very friendly both of the office and the bus. The stopage of bus is usually at their own restaurants so a minimum amount of hygiene is maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our bus service company. The profile bus services from Delhi to a lot of places and back to Delhi. Jalsa provide full AC sleeper class buses, those are the best buses. it is about an overnight journey from Delhi to destination and the bus is driven by the driver all the night. My journey from Delhi to Udaipur was very good using this bus. but at the night that turn on the AC and it was already very cold in the month of December so it was very uncomfortable for me. Still properties bus for a lot of other good reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought tickets from delhi tees Hazari office for 2 ac slipper in 3660 rs.on arrival he told that bus has changed and u have to travel in jugraj bus.jugraj travels bus fare was 1500 on redBus.when i told him about diffrence amount,he says no and u can cancel.there was no other option in last minute.not good policy.
