★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to shop for traditional clothes. They have some good sarees and dress materials and seems they have been having a good run . They try and drop names of bug labels and informatie that they supply the same products with maybe different color combos to these famous brands and hence now they have only limited stock. Some of the junior staff seems to be quite naive and eager to serve . But in my experience this only made the mannerism of the senior sales staff even more rude and arrogant. This particular sales guy really needs a gentler touch to make him realise and understand that he is catering to clients and not the other way around . A lil politeness woukd go a long way. Shouting and abusing your junior staff for certain commitments and then trying to make your point by saying cancel all other jobs get thisnone done on priority as this particular customer needs to be accommodated , if a oversold tactic to get a customer to feel special and wanted , especially when all u have been doing for the past 30 mins is being rude to them. The location of the shop is very easy to find . And the size and decor is quiet comfortable. It seems they know their craft well.
If only they could learn that nkt every footfall is with a promise of a huge bill and that eventually quiet a few of these so called walk-ins can be converted into regulars a lot more moolah could be made and a lot of love, trust and followers bjp of the label be made . This had been my account . Maybe someone has had a different one . I hope this is taken with a positive mindset and people only stand to benefit by being prepared fir what they can expect and maybe by the management ti verify if u have had a one off instance . All said a decent place to shop .
