Rukshana was so responsive by WhatsApp and helped me create the perfect custom sherwani with matching stole. She made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it.
Excellent shopping experience from a talented team of designers. Would recommend to anyone looking for the best experience for their wedding shopping.

I wanted to thank especially Ruksana from Emporio store, Delhi in helping in selecting the lehenga and especially the veil, which I always wanted to have. She was so so helpful in customizing my lehenga, the way I want. It's dream come true, it gave me "Maharani" look. I am so so happy for that. Would really want every bride to chose their lehenga because of stuff, work over the lehenga and service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lehenga from Shyamal and bhumika for my wedding in November 2021
I purchased it from the emporio store at Delhi in July and it was such a delightful experience.
The store Incharge there was “Ruksana” I’m so glad it was her. She is so good at client management. She understood my body type, my style, my fit so quickly! She knew exactly how to suit my expectations for my wedding dress. Not just her but the sub staff there also had very good inputs.
I stay in Mumbai and asked her if she can transfer it to Mumbai and she did it without any delay.
Even after the transfer she kept in constant contact till my entire lehenga was delivered to my doorstep.
Not just that she even insisted on sharing my wedding day looks and how my overall look came together.
I will also take a moment to thank Siddhika of the Mumbai team who followed up when my lehenga was transferred to Mumbai, thank you !
It was the best purchase of my life and I’m so glad it was Shyamal & Bhumika

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really wonderful and pleasant experience at Shyamal and Bhumika. I live is US and had to attend my brothers wedding in India. Because of time constraints I had to order the lehenga while I was physically in the US. I was initially worried regarding how will the size of the lehenga work for me but as soon as I got in touch with Rukhsana at Shyamal and Bhumika Delhi store, my worries were minimized day after day. Rukhsana was available 24x7 to answer all my questions on WhatsApp. I never heard a no for any requests I made in customizing my lehenga for me. When I finally saw the lehenga, OMG it was beautiful, not just from outside but the stitching was so neatly done from inside as well. The fit of the lehenga was perfect too even though I never actually went to the store and all measurements were send over text. The work on the lehenga speaks for itself. It’s a different experience all together. Once again a very special thanks to Rukhsana for making my experience a beautiful one.

I am based in Germany but never had any issues when finalizing my outfit whether it was the color options or styling it. Everything was done virtually. She was always available to answer my questions and provide her recommendations. I followed her advice and really loved how my lehenga turned out to be.
