1. good hospitality from siddha and their marketing partner nk during site visit and booking time .
2. minimal chances of land dispute compared to other builders
3. location is ok
cons -
1. 7-storey mlcp building for parking . during flat booking they promised only 4-storey building .
2. no provision for underground basement parking option . no transparency in parking lot allocation .
3. common club house for existing residents of 3-phases and upcoming phases as well . during booking they promise there is dedicated club-house only for your phase . it's like 1-mbps broadband line shared among 100 people and service provider telling you - " 1 mbps line for you sir " .
4. sub-standard construction materials and poor quality construction . water seepage in ceiling in many flats !!!!!
5. very small size rooms . actual room size is smaller than the size shown in brochure .
6. builder has all the rights as per the agreement !!!
7. uneven tiles in all rooms , chipped tiles in toilets, misaligned doors, window panels are very common .
8. poor and rude customer care . they usually do not respond to your email .
9. irresponsible builder . no business ethics .
10. they will not deliver your flat on time . expect average delay of 2 - 3 years .
11. no dedicated open space or ground for outdoor play - cricket, badminton or football .
12 . very high maintenance charge for under-construction flat and overall projects .

β β β β β Under construction project. Though I would say 50% of the project is completed and handed over. Beautifully maintained and almost 70% open space amidst nature. Cost of a 2BHK would be almost 60L. What I understand from the sales team is that almost every flat is sold out. The missing 2 star is for the Siddha management and staff who heckles until the entire payment is made even thought the services are not made available. For example, MLCP is under construction which was due for handover by 2020, for owners it has now become a nightmare to park there cars. Siddha has not made any alternate arrangement for the same. If you want to understand more about the Siddha management please refer to multiple videos available in YouTube criticizing them.

β β β β β This is the present status of Siddha project please don't expect a feel good factor . I am totally unhappy with the fecility , maintainance, and casual approach of the promoter. Please see to the attached pictures of vat within few feet of the my residence smelling filthily. This is illegal I cannot say any thing and they will not hear to me since they are a huge company with power and fake popularity . So it is better not to get in this type of projects or get verified all the details before buying.

β β β β β Pathetic condition after sale service, please go through all one star reviews they have written reviews after experiencing 5 yrs of siddha service and those who have given 4 or 5 star either they are new or not living here. Many of us got car parking after 5 yrs and that too in very bad condition i am sharing few pics of parking. They never respond to mails and calls once you trapped they don't care anymore.

β β β β β Siddha Galaxia phase 2 is a under construction project. It has completed its 4 towers for living and 2 towers are almost ready. Due to Covid period works has gone very delay but the complex is very nice. I live in Ophelia Tower and i have shifted here in november 2021. This is a really very loving place. Each flats are designed with balcony and very open space. Its skywalk is really amazing and you can spend your times here mind freely. It is very close to airport and attach with Newtown.

β β β β β The phase 2 is under construction and more is coming from Siddha within Galaxia. But that does not mean that you can't buy any tower in phase 2. In fact, the phase 2 consists of several completed tower. You may go for any of them. The whole Galaxia area is no less than a Galaxy! Next up, the entire gated community is under strict security and security executives are also placed in each of the tower.
The room size is bit small if you opt for 2bhk. The pricing for 2bhk is north of Rs 60L. I think the price is just about okay as you're getting the sky walk in phase 2 towers. As an example, The Siddha Sky with Skywalk tower costs north of Rs 1 cr. But then Siddha Sky is located in core part of the city and hence the cost is higher there.
Anyway, the Skywalk in phase 2 is the biggest HIGHLIGHT. I absolutely loved the terrace for its ultra clean surface, rooftop garden concept along with fountain and children's playing area.
The maintenance cost at phase 2 is around 3k, just about industry standard. Furthermore, another benefit of Galaxia is, its located right in the Rajarhat road. Convenient transportation!!
However, the space inside the lift isn't suitable for transporting hefty and taller wardrobes. I'm sure the freight mover people need to access the staircase for moving any heavy household items. Quite a bummer!!!
Overall, if you have patience, then u may give Siddha Galaxia a try. Otherwise, Siddha Happy ville is another property to look for.

The new complex has been developed on Rajarhat Main Road in Kolkata. This ensures a seamless connectivity to the prime business zones in the city. Besides, people love the enriched civic amenities of Kolkata. The city has a good cultural heritage, which further refines the living ambiance here. One can easily get across to New Town and Sector 5 of Salt Lake from this gated community. A number of prominent educational and healthcare institutions are located close to this estate. Altogether, you would love the dynamic lifestyle in the city.
