★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked an apartment in Unimark Springfield almost 6 years back, and still now there are no updates on the construction. In fact, I don't see any contact person from their end anymore. The company seems to be a great fraud, and I would like to warn anybody trying to buy apartment with them. Please please please avoid Unimark Springfield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend for not to buy flats by Unimark. This is property loaction is good but a poor quality construction from a poor developer and no sign of delivery of flats from years. Once you pay them you will be in trouble or you will loose your money like me and other home buyers. They only talk big and threat customers after receiving advance against booking of flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have started giving possession in the Classic phase after a delay. Ammenities are yet to start. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition. Not many have permanently moved in so inspite of security in the main gate the place feels secluded. As of now there is no regular public transport in the area. Once the project completes and road conditions improve the place might be a good option.
