★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatre is really well maintained and fun to watch in, the mall however is abandoned. There are no stores on the first, second or third floor (4th floor has cinema). The ground floor has few stores open on the right side. The stairs are not to be used as the door is usually locked, use the elevator in the parking area or ground floor of the mall (left side of the mall).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a haunted place. It is very shabby and not maintained well, a lot of dust and no cleanliness at all.No shops are also there. You can visit this place only for fun cinemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word "One of the worst mall". Visited here for a movie in fun cinema. Parking for car cost Rs.120 for 6 hours which is on the higher side. And there is no security to guide you to the parking lot. En route to the parking lot, they have taken off the drainage cover, sadly my car fell into it. And no proper danger sign was there to stop me going that direction. Moreover no lights on the parking lot and both the lifts where not working, so I have to take the stairs to the 4th floor from the basement. Will never ever visit here and will not recommend others. Such a pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its just a stink holes now. Place is a entire mess. Yet they charge heavily on every item and parking and fun cinemas. All shops empty. Illogical measures. Main entrance is blocked. Hopeless security guards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking and the mall is a mess. Firstly, there is a fixed parking fee of 120 Rs for 4 wheelers for 0 to 6 hours. Secondly, the parking place is the dirtiest place with no any signs or none to guide you. You have to pay the parking fee and then you are on your own to search a place and park the vehicle. If you're lucky, you get to park in the building, if not you will have to park outside. All these for 120 Rs. The mall management should come up with a better plan and administration for better parking facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mall, parking lot is like a dumping yard.. yet they charge Rs 120 for 0-6 hour. And if you take their lift, you ll never make it to movie on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserted place. Only few eateries all the other shops are empty broken ceiling broken lift. Have to take staircase for the theatre. Ticket counter in parking and theatre at top floor. All the floors are empty in between. Charging heavy for bike and car parking. Consider only if this is the last option in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why it's soo untidy, no much stores, shops at all. Don't look like a Mall at all. But 4th floor cinepolis movies place is kinda OK, that's for I went else I wouldn't have. Went to watch 1st day show of "The Batman"
