★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience, and I suggest nobody should take rented apartment, especially B-305. The owner is baaaaadddd !!! He won't even return your advance amount saying, there was damping issues, water blockage. . As if it all happened because of the tenants living there. I had talked to 2 plumbers already, they said blockage was happening because it wasn't built in a proper way.
Morever, don't ever think that you could keep a pet living there. Even if u've you should keep them in your house.

Its a worst construction, see the pillars and lintels.
Only F block construction is fine. C, B,A block constructions are worst, can be easily seen. Pillars in the parking can be seen, they are all bent.
The lintel thickness of F block is double than A, B blocks. After telling to Naveen korekkana, he is making stories and gives a smile, he got the money now, why will he listen now.
