It's bang on the National Highway and situated on Foothills if Aravalli mountain ?️.
Flat layout could have been better. But it's having good build quality and decent open spaces.
Good number of amenities and open space.
Cons : Doesn't look as A Park or feel as per
Product videos. It looks like lacking Green.
Keeping fingers crossed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt a little bit problem. Things are a bit in air. communication is a problem here. As usual, sales team is not good and at first they can promise or say anything you want. My suggestion for buyers, "Please take everything in written and read the welcome letter or BBA fully before signing, don't go on their words."
In their office (Signature Towers): First day (booking day), there will not be a waiting time or token requirement. you will be asked for tea coffee :D and if you need to visit after that for any purpose, you will be taking token and waiting in a queue .. .. ..
No RM from builder was assigned for my case and the one who even came at my home for booking etc, doesn't care a bit now. way of talking is even changed O.o
Possession was said to provided in November 2021 or max January 2022 according to the sales guy and the so called RM. Now they need payment on time but the possession date is shifted to Oct 2022.
On papers they have tried their best to trap you. Ill suggest you to not go with SignatureGlobal + even if you go with it, make sure to read each and every word in welcome letter + bba before signing. Don't listen to their words.
Aah.. About building quality, I can't say.. its not completed yet.. everything is on paper only.. And sample flats are always for sample.. don't fall for that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a unit last year. Possession was promised in 2022 but it's already running late. Don't think it would be handed over before mid 2023.
Don't fall for their words, sample and videos. The area which is shown green (and currently is a park with their office) is going to have more set of apartments :( and if questioned they will show you a new updated brochure.
Customer service and sales staff is pathetic. They won't pick your call once the sale is done and BBA signed.
