★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at signature smiles . The entire visit was very well coordinated . I am a physician practicing in the US and needed my entire upper jaw restored . It required “ sinus lift surgery”, placement of bone grafts and multiple implants . I had several questions and also doubts about whether it could be done in Mumbai-where I grew up and did my initial medical school . Unlike other facilities in India where customer satisfaction is often ignored , the staff at this facility were amazing ! I want to single out Aalok the clinic coordinator ,in particular who was very prompt in answering all my questions in a very prompt and timely manner. He even communicated with me at midnight his time (such is his dedication) .He was very polite ! I needed several medical questions answered and he promptly put me in contact with Dr Oza with whom I had a very fruitful telephonic conversation even before I departed for Mumbai. During our initial telephonic conversation ,Dr Oza took time to explain all the intricacies of the surgical aspects, walked me through the various types of implants and crowns, the pros and cons of the various devices , cost aspects, time involved , the physics of the implants ( after all it is a screw like titanium device screwed into your jaw bone and supports the crown and there are all kinds of “ micro- movements” between these 2 parts! ). The arrangements to receive me at the airport and transport to my hotel were very well coordinated. The staff were very friendly . I was in surgery for around four and a half hours . It went very well ! As a patient you want to have negligible pain and Dr Oza took the time and had the compassion to ask me repeatedly during the procedure if I was in any discomfort and was more than willing to provide me any additional local anesthesia I needed or desired! The surgical area was very clean and good anti infective techniques were used. Post operative follow up was excellent ! I was very impressed by Dr Oza’s surgical skills and knowledge ! He is very quiet and soft spoken . I, on the other hand like to humor and would try to humor him on occasion but the most I got out of him was a smile . I will try again at my next visit in a few months! .The entire staff was very friendly !
I left knowing I had received great care and look foward to my next visit !

They have done excellent work so happy with the results. The service can't be faulted they take you to and from the airport.also give a list of accommodation near dental clinic and pick-up for all your appointments take back to your hotel .Everyone at dental clinic is very friendly helpful. I had to do periodic cleaning and Signature Smiles did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. The procedure here was done very gently. They explained everything well with live pictures. The best and smooth dental care I have ever experienced!! Made me feel like family. Thanks to Signature Smiles. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signature smiles has been a life changing experience for me. I have gained the ability to smile without putting my hand in front of my mouth.
Coming from a “first world country”, the attention to detail, the care of patients, the advanced technology, and the personal support and care by Dr Rahul Oza and Aalok far exceeds any treatment I have had at home.
With Mumbai now safer than Melbourne as far as Covid goes and no quarantine either direction I advise people to jump in and get the work done they need. With so much to see and do, I spent every day out and about seeing the sights, meeting the locals, and even giving blood, and at no time did I feel unsafe regardless of being on my own.
I have a full upper bridge on 6 implants completed, and 3 implants freshly inserted meaning I am looking forward to my third trip.
The process is pain free with a filling being far worse so don’t be scared.
I truly do have a Signature Smile

I’m a 63 year old Indian man living in New Zealand for the past 30 years. I have been seeing NZ and Indian dentists for the last 25 years.This is my first visit to Signature Smiling dental clinic in Mumbai Juhu to do a full mouth of dental implants.
Dr Rahul is a very meditated and calm man who is extremely knowledgeable and professional with much kindness. His whole team works willingly together to help their clients holistically. Also, Mr Aalok (International help desk) helped me out corner to corner with what I needed and he even took over all my responsibilities with doing corresponding necessary paperwork with NZ covid travel declarations; what a nice man and what a great team.
I highly recommend this clinic. They take every precaution to make you feel safe and comfortable and I felt like I could relax and trust them. They have done a great job.
