★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is pathetic. Internet goes off every few days and its a nightmare calling them to fix it. Currently it is off for over 20 days and after making tens of calls to them it is still not fixed. I am having to take a costly backup only because of their unreliable service.

I have lot of work. How many days to back Internet? No ISP AVAILABLE . THEY ALL ARE HIDDING. WAHT KIND OF CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT IT IS?
I PAID RS.600 EVERY MONTH FOR 5 YEARS. AND THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORST . SOME TIMES DESTINATION UNRCHABLE. AND NOW NO INTERNET IN MY AREA.
MY ALL WORKS ARE STOP FOR THE INTERNET.
I CALLED SITI CUSTOMER CARE FOR 10 TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE SITI PROVIDE US?
ZERO EXPECTATION,ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, LOW SPEED . NOW NO INTERNET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst services around in kolkata. I am saying from my personal experience. Their, service is really really really bad. Please, any viewer don't go for city cable if you want to go for a new connection. Go for any other connection. But not City Cable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U think of how a worst service can get and they would take it 1 step further. For uniterupted service u have to call them up every alternate day for tech help. But make sure never to call them on Sunday or not only u will be disappointed but also have to quarrel with them for calling on a Sunday. There was no space for negative star marking or else would have rated them that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply bad. I have unlimited download service and paid in advance for 15 months on persuasation of the local provider. Grave mistake because for last 7 days they seems to deliberately cut off Internet for 8 to 10 hours giving excuse that repair is going on. Do not subscribe. I would be writing to them to refund the balance amount. One star Iam giving for the good behaviour of their local mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet connection is down from the last few days. I have made several calls on their number but no one answered my calls. I am a university student and most of my work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. (Show your actual problem and situation).
You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, I have to face such issues.
This is really unacceptable ????
