★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a Skoda Kushaq style 1.0 MT from Fatehpuria Skoda Kota Rajasthan. Car was delieverd to me on 25-11-2021.
The delivery process was very unprofessional..there was no one to explain about the essential kit...about the functions & Operations of the vehicle. The essential kit was filled in the boot like luggage.
Another important fact is I have not received bill of the amount which I paid. I paid total amount of 16.60 lacs...If I substract insurance & RTO it comes around 1479431. but i received a bill of 1444032. This is questionble..I will drag this matter further to the customer court if it will not be clarified.
I have not received any service book.
Registration process by the RTO was not explained to me.
I was not provided fuel coupon to reach the petrol station.
This behaviour from the Skoda was highly unprofessional....
Even after multiple emails ...I have not received any satisfactory reply...account section person at fatehpuria skoda told me that there is mistake in invoice...and they will send a new invoice...
But I have not received any yet...This is ridiculous & highly unprofessional...Its like thieves sitting at dealer center...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 5 star rating is for showroom interior not for services. As I had a very bad experience at the time of service. Staff is not communicative they don't give you full details of charges and all..And lastly charge a diffrent amount. And doesn't have a basic stocks of parts which are required for car services.
Worst experience.
