★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “SKYCOURT” is a well-known Apartment. My sister bought a flat here. I totally loved the layout and facilities… They have taken care of the living class, nature of bedroom as well as balconies very impressive. Her experience with Excel stone developers has made me also explore their upcoming projects and I heard they are coming up with ROWHOUSE near Panthur. Still under pre-Launch. Price felt little expensive, but their offerings are great.

I visited SKYCOURT in the month of October, it was still under construction of 5th floor, they told possession is on December 2019, I thought they will delay it, but to my surprise when I visited in march structure and brick work was almost done. Their timeliness is appreciated, they have used red Clay porotherm blocks, GOOD for summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment complex, the facilities and the staff are very good. Good place to live. It will have 24 hr power back up and intercom, gym, swimming pool and entertainment area. The community will also be good and decent. Best choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excel builder is the one of the famous builders of Bangalore and Hyderabad. I was looking for apartment and after doing so much research I selected “Skycourt”.
Because one year back "Excel stone developer " was having the impressive offer in pre-launch, Most impressive part is that we are getting the maximum return and appreciation on the investment we did and this offer was only in SKYCOURT.
I saw the Floor plan it was very much entitled to vastu and ventilated options, even searched everything about offer and location and I felt this worthy so I booked the apartment.
I like the quality what they are giving and even I am happy with their service.
I got all papers checked its legal free.. And even my brother is looking to book the apartment as Investment.
I didn’t like only thing, they didn’t build model flat when I booked, they are planning to do it now. but it is OKAY..
I am getting the good quality things so not worrying about it.
Well I already recommend about this builder to all my friends and I will recommend this builder to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium luxury Project and has smart living facilities are available in the project. The project rejoices close connectivity to the upcoming metro station. The project is very close to outer ring road, apartments are very much ventilated.
This area of the city is expecting developmental progress in the coming days even after lot of IT parks . Invest here wisely, before the rates shoot high up the sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get a residence of my choice for a long time. After a lot of searching and researching, we came upon Excel Stone Developers “SKYCOURT”. This is my second home and personally, I feel nobody has instilled this sense of confidence in us.
Their project ideas are fresh, innovative and up to date. The amenities that they provide are also on standard requirements. Then clubhouse is a beautiful place to relax yourselves and the lush green lawns and gardens are amazing. Another thing that I really admire about Excel stone Developers is their sense of commitment towards customer satisfaction.
We have bought a house at Excel Stone Developers “Skycourt” and it has been one of the best experiences. Any complaint/ query is solved effectively and also taken up by the builders. The amenities that they provide are also reflective of a community lifestyle that they urge from us, as residents. They aim to create a community that will nurture, nourish and support each other.
Apart from that, technicalities are also well met. Electrical plug points are sufficient and bathroom fittings are well designed. Water is not a problem. Also, They have water conservation technologies that help to save water. Environment consciousness is evoked by the technologies that Excel has installed in the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excel stone developers have not completed the Fresh Winds project in Munireddy Layout Panathur Road even after 5 years of people moving in. None of the amenities promised have been completed. They charged us 2-3 lakhs for amenities. Neither the money was returned nor were the amenities provided.
And I have added a photo which clearly says it is a project by Excel Stone Developers
