★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property location is good which is the main reason someone can go for.else the construction quality is not that great as comparison to the price.the construction procedure also extremely slow..after a 100 follow up also thy wont listen to you and will give u a deaf ear to your requirements...thy will always give you the next schedule to start your work...extremely unprofessional...Not much amenities and which ever are there,just for the namesake.please check the swimming pool and club house at the 9th floor before booking..else ... will repent after ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to shoba. Price is higher. 4200 per sft for only flat. undivided share is quite bad. Half acre he made 60 odd flats.Price should be 3600 per sft based on the open space & flat quality. Vasthu is bad. Buyers please avoid.

I searched many builders and finally met slvskyhouses projects with all the requirements I looked for and the pricing also was within my budget.
Recently my friends bought one from here & they are very happy for that..
Every update they'll provide for customers throughout from the site visit till registration, Go ahead guys....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy flat in this apartment, people are vacating due to pollution all around, quality of air is very poor due to main road, signal, the other side big apartment blocking everything where looks like living within four walls, the surrounding building emits the waste and CO2.
And water problem. Toxic environment around. Go for your dream house in open area with more greenary and healthy breathable air for healthy and peaceful life and definitely you can't settle for less undivided share of your flat. Go where there are amenities.
