★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had approached smart tech solutions to fix a messed up BIOS during an update (Lenovo W510). To my surprise they fixed it. Another well known laptop center in JP Nagar 6th phase said, I need to replace motherboard. Charged little over average price. I appreciate their work and recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I've been to Smart Tech to service my Laptop. After talking to Suhel about the issue he told me that it has to be sent to Lab to check it thoroughly as it is imported one and its special edition. I was not very comfortable in sending it to lab as I'm expecting it to be repaired in-front of my eyes. So I told the same to Suhel and explained why I'm not comfortable. We talked about it for about 15 mins, still I was not convinced. Then he accepted to check it in front of me, he opened my lap and checked all basic checks which did not help much. Later I agreed to send to Lab. After a week time I got a call from Suhel saying that the issue is fixed. During this period he was keeping me posted about the status.
Really good service done by Smart Tech, they are responsible, accountable and professional. I would definitely recommend Smart Tech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with connecting to wi-fi on my Samsung Galaxy Tab. Suhel got one of his technicians to attend to it. He told me that if I still had a problem to call him. When I returned the problem remained so I called. Within a few minutes his technician visited and figured out the problem. There was a service charge but I was impressed by the immediate response. Thank you.
