★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate 1 * to this fitness club because of its poor service. The only reason I am continuing here because I have paid for the entire year. They don’t have multiple sets of weights. They have 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 and then it jumps to 24kg and then 28kg and 32 kg and it continues. Their bars are bent. I have asked to change it multiple times and every time they say, it will be done by this week. They don’t have lights in washroom and changing room(again same story, it will be done by this week). Almost half of the treadmills are faulty. This Monday(21-05-2018) there was no power in the gym and people were forced to use there mobile torches. Even if you complain, it’s of no use. After 3-4 times you will give up.
So please do not buy any membership at snap fitness Electronic City. You will regret for it just like me and other users at Electronic City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me too did not have a good experience here . During rush hours we have to wait for almost 20-25 mins for an equipment. The AC is never switched on in afternoon, I don't know why. The trainers are never bothered whether you are doing the correct workout or not... Seriously they need to improve their quality of trainers otherwise ... very soon people will stop enrolling here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is spacious with good equipments. However, the trainers are not bothered with what workout you do. They won't say you whether the workout posture is correct or incorrect, unless you go for Personal Training (PT) which creates a good amount of hole in your pocket. The trainers are least bothered for the money which you have invested. They don't even keep a track of your performance. Diet Chart and Workout Sheet was not provided to me, even after reminding them about the same repeatedly. I've seen people leaving weights on the floor instead of keeping them back on the racks, which is very risky. Their biometric system is not working since months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a moderate level gym goer with 3years of workout experience. Have gone to many gyms, so far it is the best i have been..There are better than this too. I have yearly membership here from jan2017 till now.
Very good equipments, maintenance of equipments and facilities is not that up to mark. People are very good here, staff, trainers, people coming for workouts..
Best gym in this area comparing to all other gyms.

The trainers are really professional as well as polite
And I'm really seeing great results
Also the gym is really hygienic and provides a comfortable environment to workout
Also special mentions to UDAY sir who's an amazing trainer and guides us with such acute precision
Overall it's an amazing experience working out there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have 11K to pay to sweat in a hall without any ventilation, AC or any airflow, then Snap Fitness Electronic City is the place to be. A substandard, unhygienic 'gym', run by a management who do not bother to maintain the gym or to provide a healthy environment for its members. ACs are not working for several months, Treadmills bear a notice 'Use at your own risk', and the place is like a hot oven, with stagnant air.
