Though the products are not genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst automobile parts store. It deals only with duplicate items. If you return the product the owner refuses to refund, though he assures you to refund the money if the item is returned. All the items are duplicate. The behaviour of the owner and its staffs are also worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells duplicate products at exorbitant prices. If you face any issues with products purchased from him, he will blatantly refuse the refund. Zero customer service. Better avoid this store and try source the parts from your authorised dealer.

My experience is on bitter side. I am purchasing parts for my Chevrolet Spark from past 5-6 years. But today something happened bad. I will recommend you to always make cash payment their no phone pe no UPI because their UPI and online payments are not working properly. No doubt their store has many variety of products.
Let me tell you what happened their. I purchased Fuel filter, engine oil filter and Spark plug for my Chevrolet Spark and Billing was of ₹1100 (no discount ?). Then I tried pay through UPI
1st attempt Phone Pe:- Phone Pe pop up showed receiver bank working slow
2nd Attempt Airtel Money :- transaction immediately failed and money instantly debited and immediately credited to my account ( till now no problem)
3rd Attempt Phone Pe:- Paid the amount Phone Pe showed processing for 30 mins. I recieved SMS to my number from Phone Pe and my bank ₹1100/- debited and credited to respective shop owner account.( Worst scenario starts here)
Literally I had to wait there for 2 hr. Arguing that money has debited from my account and credited to shop owner account. Even shown my bank account statement. But no shop owner denied that nothing has to be done till phone pe transaction shows green coloured Sucessful. (Wow ?)
Finally I had to pay again cash ₹1100
Literally ₹2200 ,
I couldn't repair my vehicle today as I need ₹1000 for labor charge and other expenses
My ₹1100 stuck their.
Update 31/10/2021
Phone Pe transaction shows Sucessful now I want my 1100/- refund
