★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a friend staying here. This apartment is a miracle in the center of city. Well maintained with greenery, it almost looks like a park. Most of the people here are staying since it started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location, very close proximity to Jayanagar 4th, 5th, 9th block. Very small kids play area, better to use the BBMP park outside.
Huge apartments, decently maintained, pretty silent as it's covered by buildings all around. Absolutely no parking for visitors. Need to find space outside apartment gate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobha opal is a beautiful property and is totally worth the price. A play area, parking lot, and swimming pool are also available. The flats are quite spacious, the interiors of most flats are not very pleasing....most people living in this property are quite happy. 24/7 security is available. The apartments that are behind the property are very dark as they receive almost no sun light at all...this was very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained society - friendly and helpful staff and housekeeping. It's over 15 years old, and the age has started to show - leaks in the basement, etc. RR Piccasso is coming up right next to this building, and has blocked all sunlight in B1, B2 and B3 blocks. Also, the Piccasso construction starts at 7:30 am in the morning and goes on till 10 pm on some days - resulting in huge noise throughout the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, surrounded by lots and lots of trees, fresh air is the advantage, situated on the main road and nearby Central and Big Bazar mall. Local jaynagar market is also an advantage + the metro connectivity makes it a perfect place to like. Structure wise it is beautiful. Overall great place.
