★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J.P. Nagar is really good location and this project is going to become landmark. Peninsula is known for making the best real estate landmarks in major cities and this one is no different. The option of 3, 4 and 5 BHK is wow. The limited number of units and that too just 156, make it one of the most sought after investment destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and the marketing team do not have basic courtesy or patience to attend to you.They do not seem very keen in discharging their duties. They have their own assumptions about you and dissuade you from buying. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities. Many of the facilities however require fine tuning/repairs or balancing to ensure that this is really a to of the pile property. The promoters should put in more attention to detail to have a satisfied customer base. Currently, they are far from this goal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very posh apartment, with parking and playing ground, it is located besides central mall. You have temple near to it.. Situated in very feasible place.. Bigbazar, jain college, and very near to jaynagar, in future metro facility is also available. Very clear area.
