★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay here as tenants and don't wish to settle here by any chance. From investment point of view the approach road is pathetic. Every year during election time some patch work will happen on the road and later it will be back to worst. Even the road comes up, it is not sufficient for the 2 way traffic. There is actually no road. It is the private land on which road is made. If investing then be careful. The flat owners have a bad attitude towards tenants and they never seems to be humble. The slum nearby adds for cheap workforce and lot of nuisance as well. Just not a good place to live.
