And You need Hours to get the Sonography done....
The Owner -Doctor must be lucky enough that this place is still in Business.
But Doctors/Owners must realise that It is a Customer's world, Nobody would listen to any Insult by your staff and comeback....
Also You must have a Rate Chart.... Don't be afraid of being reasonable and educate your clients/patients.
Is there any reason, that you people don't have a Rate Chart???
Except for the One that I can infer that You people want to loot you patients as and when you want.

They have to manage all the patients.
If u take prior appointment then u need not to have that long wait..
Staff has to follow the protocol..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is so rude even when patients was not in good condition. She used to be arrogant with every patient and behaves aggressively.
Cost is also very high for same procedure we are paying 90% more. Waiting period is much more higher... Very poor management.
