★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disappointment while discussing the price of the fridge selected. Looks like sales person observed our need denying to talk about the price and he is deciding the final price and no way we get any reduction in price. Not sure store has any manager or proprieter who can decide the price.
Customer will many parameters, sales person cannot decide what customers should do.
I am stepping out of the showroom only because of sales person is full of denying mood and losing customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop to buy electrical appliances. I visited the store to buy a TV, I came on Sunday to buy one, asked the price for one plus TV. They said it's 44k, I said ok I'll come on Monday and buy the same. I came on Tuesday, now they are saying it's 47k we said it by mistake. The behaviour of the staff is very bad. Please don't visit this Shop. Thank you

No response from Sony vision enterprises very worst service and very indecent behaviour with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Gave a wrong colour with a dent in the washing machine and then argues with customer. Please do not buy in sono vision worst people including the manager. No one to provide help with customer infact arguing and denying.
