★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was really bad experience with me. I had gone there 2 times to repair my phones and every time I need to face a different issue after the resolution of the first one. At last I end up with 2 useless phone and a huge bill.
There might be some genuine issue but according to me it should not be the case for each time. They might intentionally disturbing the other components while reparing one. Very disappointed.☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service in term of digitization as you get email and call on time, and to approve quote of repair it's completely online. Reason of giving 3star the service is very slow, I got my device after around 20 days of approval of quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!!! I had a charging port issue with my motorola nexus 6. Initially they mentioned about replacing the port and said it would take a week. After a week on contacting them, they said they would need around a week as some parts also need to be replaced. Agreed to that as well. After two weeks, they inform that parts are unavailable in market and hence they would need more one week. Now even after a month, they have not repaired the cell and neither they are providing me with any updates. No mail communications or no calls from their end. Worst support staff!!!!
If anyone planning to repair their cell phones, do think twice before giving it at this service center. I seriously feel any local repair centers would be more responsible at their job than them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. Took 2 months to repair the broken power button n two days after i received by phone gone again. This is the kind of service they provide. You have to follow up these two months n then they mock you by callong you 10 times collect your phone. Charged me 3200 for their service n parts n this is the outcome. I have my phone in the same condition has i had given them. No stars deserved but to put this disappointment had to give 1 star. I want my money back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my phone 4 months ago to repair the earpiece. They sent it to Bangalore for checking and got back to me with a quote which was very high. So I declined the request and asked to send the phone back. It's been 4 months now and still i haven't got my phone. They keep on telling every week that I'll get the phone in couple of days. I wonder what has happened to the phone. Pathetic service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too Unprofessional services, My motirila mobile had logo hang issue and also had network issue which occurred while updating android latest version.. after confirming the quotation, they inform hang issue resolved on 3rd day itself, which even my local mobile repairer do They took 2 weeks , just to inform hardware problem for network issue.Said parts unavailable. Parts are coming from head office from goa. And finallly. The mobile which was promised will be repaird,in a week.I received in 4weeks Though i had informed them need mobile this mobile urgently instead of 7 even 10days are ok. Then they come up with problem of mother board and and finallly after 4 week mobile received unrepaired.
I still had to pay Rs.345 as service charge for which they don't provide receipt.
When asked about feedback form ; I was told search online the way yoy search the shop. And give feedback. I wonder the rating of 3 for this kind of service centre; who call them self Authorized Service Centre.... Waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst One..! I have been looted twice by the same service provider. In first case I get repair my sony Xperia C4 from here at higher cost, within a month it was showing many problems, I have resubmitted by paying some more money, still it worked a month hardly & finally I have to change it by new one.
In second case, I have submitted my another Mobile phone & it's getting turn off in ongoing call & works like something wrong has happened within it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extermly lazy people working at this place. Panasonic should remove them from there service center. They are really spoiling the name of Panasonic brand. One can never get any work done on time. For a battery replacement they took 1 month and after that they said they don’t have the battery and asked me to leave the mobile with them. I just simply taken the mobile from there and got it repaired from a local shop in 1 day. Also the arrogance with which the receptionist talk with the customer is absolutely annoying. NEVER GO TO THEM.....
