★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looting customer under water damage policy.Showing litmus paper changed the color so warranty void, as who whats to dip his or her Mobile in water. Because of worst service and looting, fraud i will never buy Mi any product, this will last mobile of Mi till date. I definitely never recommend any one to buy Mi Phones or any products because of this kind of Mi Service centres

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are different ways to deceive customers. Having a one problem in mobile, creates two new problems. We have reported this to the consumer court today. These people take advantage of this because we keep silence. One needs to raise voice in this regard. We know that there is no way but we are making good use of our authority by lodging complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was half star, i would have given that for fooling customer. As my headphone socket was not working i went to this service center and they told me it is motherboard issue so need to replace mother board which would cost around Rs6000....thankgod that we are blessed with google.. I searched regrading my issue and i came to know that it will hardly cost rs 500 and no need to change mother board.. So next day i went to one local service center and i got my socket changed only in Rs400...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center, Bad customer service.Be aware of malpractice performed by technicians. If you go there for warrantable failure of one part, they will any how find out physical damage to your other part of device even if there is none and make you pay for that part even if that part is working. They wont carry out repair of warrantable part until you agree on replacing other part out of warranty.
