Manager and one of the staff member of this place are not wearing masks even they have found their 2 staff with covid 19 case in their store.
Secondly they have online token system but when we arrive at the store, they asks you to wait in long queue as they deny and says invalid for the online token.
Pathetic service.
When I complained about the Long queue where I was standing for 2 hr 20 mins, The manager you can see in pista shirt insted of empathizing me, he said, "if you are having issue in this store then, there are many more service centres in mumbai".
He thinks like he is the boss of Samsung India.

Multiple counters like the bank counters and you await your turn.
My turn came in around 30-40 minutes
Prompt service. My S8 returned in about 4-5 hours same day for broken glass cover surface.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given request for pick and drop service for my Samsung mobile. Picked up the mobile from my place by 2.30 pm and got it repaired by 5.30 pm on the same day.
Very good service. Charges are slightly higher.
But excellent work. Thanku team. Keep up your good work. Very convenient for corporate people

The staff were very calm and supportive.
After submission of my phone (Samsung S-20 FE 5g), they provided regular updates about the mobile issues and resolution.
I am delighted with their service and moreover they also delivered the mobile at my residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service working on hit and trial approach, no technical knowledge to solve issues. I requested service for my invert or refrigerator with cooling issues, on helpline and they assured very good service. But when their service engineer visited he could not understand issue, could not open back panel so ordered new fan panel, then I told gasket crack can it be reason for no cooling, he told yes it is and ordered new one. Assured service in 2 days, after 2 days got sms and call that parts received and he also answered my call saying coming to repair. After 1 hour I called back to check location and I was told parts not arrived so service possible after 3 days, I pleaded about difficulty I was facing, he politely said sorry. On enquiring service helpline learnt that they ordered parts 2 days after visit.
I called a private service provider, he checked fridge properly, checked current and voltage flow also and clarified the fault which he repaired next day and the parts ordered by Samsung engineer were perfectly OK and working fine..
Samsung still calling and saying to keep fridge off for 1-2, days making it ready for service.
in summers its really painful to keep refrigerator off for 1 day also but Samsung people made me to be with problem for so many days.
It's really sad to know about this type of service level of an authorised agency. I had a very good opinion about Samsung service, but this incident really shaken my faith. Hope Samsung shall do something to improve their working standards so that other consumers do not face such type of suffering.
