★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interviewd at SORIL Infra Resources Ltd IndiaBulls on 3rd March and out of 5 candidates I was selected for the 2nd round of interview with....on 4th March with me there were more 2 candidates for the 2nd round of Interview. I got a call the same day late evening by the Senior HR and was been informed that I was selected for the Senior Hr Executive profile and was asked to mail all documents and even aksed me to join on immediate basis i.e from 9th March. I agreed to join on the given date and all the documents were mailed. Then the college placement committee were taking follow up on 5th March asked them for salary part they offered a package of 3.25 lpa wherein before we were infromed the salary bracket will be upto 5lpa but without negotiation I agreed with the given offer. Then the college committee was asking for an official mail from 6th March. But then Mrs. Priya korhale stopped answering the calls. After giving multiple calls from my side and college committee she informed that they are still confirming about my selection and will give us confirmation the next day. This continued till date i.e 16th March. And always we were giving call for for feedback and many were unanswered she never gave call from her side. Today after almost more that 10 days she informed me that the position is closed they have recruited someone else for that position. This not how things go. This not at all professionals work.
