★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure Is Little Bit Low Then Other Hospitals... They Have Limited Doctors But They try their best... I can't call the Hospital is dirty...There Was a Fair Price Medicine Shop with 72.42 % Discount, which Is Very Satisfaction Things for Medium & Lower Class Family like us.

Note: vaccination have not started yet, officials came at 10:30am. This is for #seconddose with slips issued for today. #cmwestbengal #CMBengal #MamataBanerjeeOfficial Please streamline and arrange manpower, volunteers to give minimum 200 vaccines. We are being asked to stand on line from 3 am for name listing, then another line for coupon issue then 3rd line for giving vaccine #Covisheild #Howrah #southhowrah . On 11 May 21 50 vaccines was given. Today 80 after some disturbance. But list is given as 200 lists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's a government hospital located in Howrah. Not that crowded hospital with various types of patients and few Doctors. Staff's are not that bad and, but doctor's are good and friendly. They had only few doctor's. The hospital also having the out door check up service.
Hospital campus are little bit clean. They don't have a sufficient beds for patients. but as a government hospital that's fully free.
In the last few years it has been improved in a good way, hopefully many things like infrastructure and facility's will upgrade in future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty hospital and no management at all, no arrangement for crowd, this hospital never admit serious patient. Very limited facilities are available. Now see emergency department is without doctor. There is only one doctor who is busy with indoor patient and emergency is helpless. See these photos. Only single doctor take care for indoor outdoor and emergency patient. Doctor recommends medicine to purchase from outside. This wrong practice has to stopped emediat. Only one thing is good that old doctors are very good.

Located within the area of South Howrah State General Hospital, Lakshminarayantala, Botanical Garden area, it caters immunization programs for children under guidelines of Government of India, UNICEF and WHO on every Wednesday. On Monday and Friday antenatal and postnatal care of the expectant mothers are given.
