It is very far from main city, it is almost 12-13 KM away from wipro Sez.
Sales team is really good and helpful however they will try to trap you ?. They kept on pressuring us for booking the flats as only two units were left which obviously isn't true
3 BHK size is very small, especially kitchen. Kitchen is very tiny, two person won't be able to cook together. Bedrooms are small in size too, this is good place for investment however for personal use it's very very small.

They also offer no pre-emi till possession and rental income options also. No matter how far you stay from the property, they arrange very clean cabs for pickup/drop.
