★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in Whitefield was a dream because it's one of the affluent area in Bangalore.I have noticed so many buildings in Whitefield region but nothing much impressed like Sanvi.
The project gives the expected design and the quality and entire time management of project.
I got all my queries answered and was given with relevant documents in time.
Now I can tell confidently that I'm going to get a better flat. Now my all family members also are happy because of it's spacious location.

There are legal issues in sowparnika projects does not give oc wven though they commit..example sowparnika sanvi phase 2 they have not provided oc even after 3 years
They will threaten you if you raise voice
Do not waste ur money with this builder..look for good and reputed builders in bangalore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DOES NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR HERE THERE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR 0 STAR FIRST THEY GIVE US PROMISES AND WHILE BLOCKING THEY ASKED TO PAY MINIMUM AMOUNT AS 5K-10K AND THEY WILL SAY REFUNDABLE AND AFTER YOU ASK FOR REFUND THEY WILL SIMPLY NOT RECEIVE YOUR CALLS WILL PASSS YOU HERE AND THEIR AND NOR THEY WILL REPLY TO MESSAGE AS PER MY ADVICE DONT GO WITH SWAPORNIKA.
