N	NILESH KOTHARI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SP farm House Resort located in Pen 2.5 hour drive from Mumbai, big property, maintained well looking into current covid situation, day picnic Charges Rs 1000 pp this includes Breakfast, Lunch and Hi Tea group discount available 4 pools and around 10 rides as well few children rides are available however only few are operational rain dance place was good property has many green trees which helps to reduce temperature a bit water in pool was ok there is Night stay option available, in mid day they have arranged live music, comedian and lavani One can visit property however better to first call them and confirm they prefer groups.

S	Shahnaz Shaikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the food was pathetic. No taste and no management for surviving the food. Lunch started after 2:30 and we all were very hungry till that. Only 1 piece of fish was served that also the size was only 2 inches. I mean a small piece of fish was served. That was so cheap. Also not suitable for families because men groups were drinking alcohol anywhere and dancing like dogs. It felt like I went to a bar. SP farms should have some rules and regulations regarding consuming alcohol on the premises. As a girl, I did not feel safe.
k	kenny Monk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost it's a place for drunkards and chapris. Don't expect anything good. Even the food quality is very bad compared to the exorbitant prices. Even the food from road side dhabba is good compared to their cheap made food. Water is hazy and no proper maintenance for water slides. If you are going for a stay at any working days then don't, no proper lighting on the walkway. There's only a few boys(2-3) at night who work there. Don't ask for veg food, it's made with the oil in which they fry fish for lunch. For dinner they just heat up the lunch and serve up instead of proper dinner. If asked anything the staff says we don't know anything. We were there for a stay and already told them at 6pm that we have 2 elders for who we require veg food for dinner. For which the bhindi malsa was served and that too sooo much oil as if it was made by some inexperienced cook. No soaps or shampoos provided in the room. Even during lunch when they arrange they classical songs at very loud sound. And the snack shop charges 25% extra on mrp. I won't even give 1 star
M	Mayur Dhene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for trip with family and friends. Swimming pool was clean and security guard always available from start to end. For your child enjoyment this place was awesome. Breakfast and lunch also available in two options i.e. veg and non veg.
S	Saimek Khizakhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place to go, tried to visit this place today, there was a beard man at the booking office and was so rude to attend customer's, he was basically attending the larger crowd from where they can get money. His attitude was such that he was doing a favor on us to allow us in. On that he is such a liar that he was accepting Google payment from groups and not ready to take from people of two or three groups. I immediately took my family out looking at his behavior and went to visava water park, where are really appreciate the hospitality of booking assistants, there breakfast was over but still they managed us breakfast, this is what we call customer service. SF Farm House if you keep doing such things and show bad attitude to customer's then nobody will come to your place, we have lot other options to go, mark my words. SF Farm house is doing a very bad reputation of them by doing such things,
S	Shrikant Gavali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very nice, pleasent atmosphere, property is well maintained and staff is very helpful. i specially thankful to Mr. Pashilkar (owner of Property) who manage to arrange milk for my 1 year baby at midnight. water park is very well maintained, clean. Food is very good .
