★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had visited Spandan Diagnostics Center Baguiati and I am sharing my experience as follows...
Except security guard all staffs are unprofessional and rude , they are having attitude like they are giving free services , specially 2-3 female staffs (I don't want to call them as lady because they don't deserve to be called as lady) who were handling billing job at receptions were so unprofessional and rude , they do not know how to talk to patient party. I have ever met such unprofessional and rude staffs in any diagnostics center in Kolkata.
I would like to request to the management of Spandan diagnostics to install Video surveillance system with audio recording functionality at reception so that you people can understand that how your staffs are behaving with patient parties and you can take necessary action accordingly to improve customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staff is ridiculous. They just sitting there and doing there business. They don't even bother to pick the call or to answer any question. I don't know why Spandhan selected 3rd class staff to work for there diagnostic centre. People are there terribly pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagonostic center i have ever visited in my life.
Receptionist sitting in front desk 3 ladies 1 male staff all are illiterate they dont know how to behave with senior citizens, patients etc.
They don't give any importance to your time.
They charged very high but in terms of service all the staff are worst.
No notice board details are available in premises to whom to complain.
A big Zero rating from me and my family members and i will not refer any one in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk receptionist is terrible. The lady behaves rudely and doesn't speak well even on phone as if she is the most busiest person in the world. She forgets that because we visit the diagnostic center is where her salary comes from. Give respect to the people who is coming or calling for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vary very very bad staff behaviour. Thay will never answar patient queries. Without giving answars they will cut the call. Very bad services. And if someone will call this customer care they will get angry. Very bad behaviour staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hok is really good ! USG staff behavior is excellent. Receptions staff are not at all professional & they are just like maid in home. Overall they should train their receptionist to behave properly. For Doctors & USG lab assistant I will give 5 /5 but for reception desk , I will give 1.5 /5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is too bad ... behaviour of staff is also bad ..they don't give value to your time or health ...i had visited three days for usg of kidney test but they just ask me to wait and then send me back to home i used to wait without water and food ...very poor quality
