Staff are also very good and experienced.

If you want to go for hair extensions please never ever visit this Salon. It's all their videos that popularised them, other wise the hair extensions that do is 3rd class. I do think they differentiate the hair extensions they provide to youtubers and normal people. I visited their salon a month ago, they did apply 90 extensions in my hair, and believe me, the hair quality is just worthless and I really don't have words to explain, it is so damn rough and unmanageable. I don't think the hair they gave me is human hair, because such quality is not expected when you pay huge amount of 30, 40 thousand. They charged me 30k for 80 extensions. Also I enquired about the refilling process, here too they are going to charge you
Unjustified amount just for fixing your purchased extensions on your hair again. If you want to waste money then you can go for it absolutely.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the experience in Nisha lamba's salon.I went with high hopes and came back disappointed.The person who did the haircut kept going away in between. Then some trainees came and did a very bad blow dry and kept hitting my scalp with fingers so hard. They didn't even focus on what they were doing with my hair as they kept talking on phone with some other customers. My hair feels very dry and burnt after a day of haircut. I'm sad now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to visit or impossible to get any services on time here. They don't respect their customers and the so called service isn't even worth the money,time, efforts you are putting in. I booked an appointment beforehand but their staff was busy was gossiping and apparently attending to other customers. I had an important family function and was running after them and begging to do my hair and makeup. Their so called celebrity makeup artist came in and did my make up for 5 mins (literally). I guess if I had a camera on she would have given me more time.
The level of unprofessionalism and lack of understanding for customers needs and respect is disgraceful. WORST BEAUTY SALOON IN DWARKA.

I went to Nisha Lamba's Salon for some advice related to my hair. It took me 1 hr to reach that place. I needed just a simple advice which shouldn't have taken more 10 mins . I took prior appointment with the girl Meenu working there. She asked me why I am here etc... The technician came and asked to wait for 10 mins as he is with other customer. I waited for 10 mins.. After 30 mins the technician said please wait for 5-10 mins as he was still busy. I waited for 1 hr just for 10mins suggestion . After 1 hr I went to ask this girl Meenu, about status and she says " aap kyu aaye hai, kya karwana hai" . I mean she has been seeing me sitting over there and still ignoring and above that forgetting as if I have turned into another person in 1 hr. There weren't so many customers, nor it was so packed day, yet this repsonse. Same technician guy came and said that he has almost done wait for only 5 mins.. I waited another 10 mins but no response. After I waited for 1 hr 10 mins, I left in front of that girl Meenu without saying anything. Later after 5 mins she called me over whatsapp. Mam please aap aajao, technician is free now. Advice - Keep some good receptionist and hire more staff and be more professional while keeping technicians and staff. Warning - I don't know about the service, but with this experience, I am pretty sure wasting this amount of time and money is not worth at all. Think before you visit. Or visit if you got all the time to waste. Worst experience ever.
