★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WRONG INFLATED BILL, UNNECESSARY ARGUMENTS BY STAFF, REFUND BY CREDIT NOTE ONLY . YOU HAVE TO BUY OTHER ITEMS TO OFFSET THE BALANCE. ITEMS HELD UP EVEN AFTER PAYMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low rating is not for stock but poor management. Stock is comparable to other similar department-store however the payment processes available in Spencer's is limited and at best primitive. I am still waiting for a refund for a payment issue that happened due to the primitive method used by the retail chain and it's a big turn off.
