★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with a Samsung Galaxy which was not connecting wifi since yesterday. The hotspot boy with green spectacles said he wud try, but if unsuccessful I'd hav to go a Service Centre. He tinkered with the instrument & suggested i) that I "upgrade' meaning buy a new phone; ii) I change the Memory Card as there was less memory. [Five days ago, in the same outlet, his colleague had told me there was no need to upgrade Memory since there was plenty of free space, as he had transferred data from phone to card. iii) Green spectacle then said the Memory Card was corrupted. NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION THAT PROBLEM CANNOT BE RESOLVED & SO I SHOULD TAKE IT TO A SERVICE CENTRE, all the while giving me the impression that changing the Memory Card wud resolve my problem. I agreed to change to a 32GB Card, paid & came away, in good faith. After some time when I wanted to check out, I found instrument was as it was, not connecting to wifi. When I called the shop, they said 'hum bataye thhey'. My Conclusion: THEY ARE CHEATS, LIARS, SWINDLERS, OUT TO MAKE A SALE-- if not an entire phone then at least a Memory Card! Finally Mr. Green Specs had the audacity to ask if there was someone else with me he could explain to them! Meaning of course MORE LIES & MORE WORD TRICKS! DISGHUSTING CHEATS ! Very Poor Experience, in JAI BHARAT !

The prices are not so accurate even when you are the repeat customer or buying the same handset.. Don't think that will go anymore and requesting everyone to NOT visit the store.. thanks!!

Extremely rude and discourteous staff, Wide variation in attitude after you have bought the product.
I found it very bad that they are doing this to us. I would never like to visit such a place again It was the nature of everyone there including manager...and poor after sales...
Don't value time of customers too....
Much better shops in the vicinity. If you want value for your money and no stress after sales service We will go where we get good facilities
