★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a dumping yard and slum behind the society. Hence I cancelled the booking. Slum was fine as it has different road to enter. But the dumping yard was the only reason.
Otherwise construction quality is good. Flat design is good. Society is well maintained. Builder (Mr. Pawar Sir) is also genuine person.
As on 11th floor where I booked flat there is a risk of smell and fumes of the garbage hence I cancelled the booking.
