β β β β β Well went there post my second c section.(7 months) had absolutely no experience in terms of gym, never had worked out before,category 2 obesity,depressed,concerned. But,I couldn't ask for more! Safe environment, equally safe,reliable trainers,minimal equipment,not like one of those over the top "fitness centers"..and viola! Lost 26kgs in a span of 7 months without losing muscle mass! P.S: I was a breastfeeding mum and the exercises which they thought never ever reduced my supply even by an ounce..all those new mums planning on fitness,can definitely count on this place!

β β β β β Partiality training from coaches especially that Ravi, Anand and other trainer's. They will coach you if you are a rich kid otherwise they will don't care about you.and equipments are all too old, scrap equipment's.
