Chebrolu is a town and mandal head quarters in Guntur district β located at a distance of 14 kms from Guntur on Guntur β Ponnur road. Chebrolu was mentioned as Tamrapa, Tamrapuri and Chembrolu in inscriptions.
On the right side of the Chaturmukha Brahma Lingeswara Swamy Temple is another temple facing south and dedicated to Lord Anjaneya. The temple has a garbhagriha and antharala. There is a stone image of Anjaneya Swamy. On vertical axis, the temple consists of a simple adhisthana, padavarga and prasthara. There is a two storied Vimana on the top of the roof.
