Administration is worst, for OPD coming for checking day full runaround the billing, lab testing only. after completing all excercise to consult Doctor not available in the seat, finally we have to beg for another Doctor. Total today as per my experience is 0 out put. Once the admitted consult Doctor is not available in OPD checking day, why we have to come to your Hospitality explain me.

New OPD is very good, all treatments are very fast, clerical staffs are good responsive, to avoid too much rush second branch can be opened towards international airport side, so airport going officials can take advise

You must prepare to standing in long que for long time If you reach late (Usually reach here before 8:00am along with patients Aadhar card and RationCard)here because many people who can not afford costlier treatment of heart disease will get treated here at reseaonble price.Its an Government ruled Hospital especially for heart disease for poor people.This hospital has some unique diagnostic Equipment that you could not find in bangluru anywhere such as "64 Slice CT Scan".

I'm proud to be in Bangalore for having such a best world class cardiology hospital here. One can check their heart related problems within hours, that too in very reasonable charges. Clean and hygienic is well maintained particularly during covid pandemic times. I strongly recommend to everyone, particularly Bangalorians to take full advantage of this hospital for very reasonable charges.

Seems to be they need to more concentrate on higenic, I observed that in ICU they shifted patient without changing bedspread and pillow cover, just 30 min before previous patient moved to normal ward. Strecture conditions are not in good condition, coat and drips stands are rusting Nurses are warning patients care takers not to read case report file, they grab case file from my hand

Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research (SJICR), is headquartered in Bengaluru is a tertiary care autonomous institute run by the Government of Karnataka, in Bengaluru, Mysuru and Kalaburagi. At the Bengaluru campus, it presently has 1150 in-patient beds for cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery and pediatric cardiology, spread over two twin eight story buildings and is considered one of the largest dedicated heart hospitals in Asia. The cost is very low for Karnataka state people if they have BPL card s they did free operations and surgery For other state people it less compared to private hospitals And each every tests available inside the hospital When my family visited they are satisfied with treatment and the way doctors treat patients

There is no Negative Star else I would have given that... Doctors might be good but the Service is pathetic. Staff (admin / finance) people behave as if they are even bigger than Doctors & Management. Pure desi government office style work.... My advice to you all if you can arrange money then never ever come to this hospital. If you have time read my case...i wrote to their MD. Kind Attention : The Director, Dr. C.N.Manjunatha Dear Sir, We had heard a lot about you & your hospital administration from YouTube, Google Reviews and finally decided to come to Jayadeva Hospital for my father's heart issue treatment but sad to say the kind of service we get is completely opposite from what is being shown on other media. I would like to bring to your notice the kind of unprofessional acts being done at the hospital under your administration which leaves a very sad experience mark in patient's mind. Myself Priyaa Raj daughter of Mr. Thangaraj N who was admitted at your hospital from 23rd Feb till 27th Feb 2022. I have attached the relevant documents in this email for your kind reference. Our grievances 1st - This is the 2nd time my father was admitted here in the hospital. They kept him there for 05 days and finally the blockage could not be removed. Doctors finally said it is complicated and cannot be operated on. Then my question is why doctors did not do proper tests, study and analysis before asking us to admit the patient. It unnecessarily wasted so much of our time, money and mental peace. Who is responsible for this? 2nd - On 26th Feb, Saturday afternoon around 2:15PM Dr. B.C.Srinivas confirmed that due to complications in the blockage area they could not perform the PTCA Procedure at all and asked their admin team to refund the amount & discharge the patient next day morning i.e.on Sunday 27th Feb. My father and I were ready by 07:00 AM in the morning to get discharged but none of your admin team were there to complete the discharging process, refund our money and release us. After speaking to so many people, running pillar to post finally the releasing bill was made in the afternoon but they added one more day room charges to us. Why should we as a patient bear the cost of your admin mismanagement? Unnecessarily we had to pay an extra 1 day charge. This is completely unfair. 3rd - Most importantly the Hospital has not yet refunded our money (amount. INR. 80,650/-). It's been 15 days we have been following up with the accounts department and there is hardly any response from them. They keep coming up with some or other requirement to just delay the process. When it comes to taking the money, the Hospital Accounts Department is happy to take in Cash but when it comes to refunding back then they don't give cash or transfer money by NEFT. All the money transactions were done by me and now they ask for my father's account statement and details. Why? Secondly they forced us to pay 1,10,000/- in advance (which I paid in cash) without having any clarity on the kind of procedure. They even said that if we do not pay the money then the patient will not be taken to the operation theatre. Sir, I am tired of following up with the Finance/Accounts department hence writing this mail to you with so much hope that at least you will take necessary actions on an urgent basis and help us to get our money back. I have already shared my account details to the Finance team in writing. A copy of the letter is attached herewith for your reference please. I will be eagerly waiting for a response from your end.
