★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The connection process is fast,but the problems come after getting the connection.we have to wait many days to get the refill cylinder,the delivery people charge extra even after late delivery.Clearly they have very less control on the delivery guys.It's better to go and get the cylinder rather than waiting for it to get delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady on the table was informative and polite. You will get the connection very quickly. All you need is proper documents. Like rent agreement if you are a tenant. Photos 2. Adhaar. Be sure that, you don't have an other connection on the same Adhaar. Otherwise your connection will disconnect automatically

Yet no responses for assisting for leakage of the gas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first gas agency in Bangalore. The worst thank god no minus rating. The table guys will not talk with you. Leave about politeness they do not even count as a human if you gone for a new connection. Whatever extra item they will sell with the the connection you have to take them if not they will kick you on your face. That level of arrogance. Once you booked your connection the delivery guy is another level of IAS who will charge you as per his wish. If you complaint online offline phone mail message nothing will happen. If you complaint more you will not get the cylinder as simple as that. Thank go I have transferred the connection from there.
