★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had brought hero kids cycle of 3-4 years, it's rusting and spares have to replaced within 6 months.Also during puchase they mention the tyres which come is factory fitted, but they are neither tube or tubeless, it's solid foam which factory would have as covering for rim. After few days it gets worn out and need to spend extra for tyre and tube. Im feeling now to have visited to decathlon for better quality and service

He also got the cycle delivered the same day, with everything fixed, I have to test the cycle after that I will write another review.

The staff was pretty helpful ,especially mr.santosh who understood my budget and requirements and showed me couple of cycles suiting my requirements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my 1st bicycle purchase in 2018 from this cycle showroom & since than visiting for new cycle for my friends or for my clycle service, so far its been a good experience for me - when ever I go with any issue it's getting addressed immediately.
In Oct 2020, got into regular cycling - after which in the month of Dec got converted my single speed to a 7 gear from this shop & got it in good deal compared to any other near by..
Even owner of the shop is friendly & take care if any issue immediately comes to his notice n solves.
Best part is got lot of cycle option from kids to adult with multi brands. Got few pic clicked when was on my cycle service yesterday since could see a good stock of all ranges from electric to normal single speed.
Recommended if your looking for a wide variety option to chose under one roof.

Representative Santosh was very helpful and patient in making me understand and providing me a test ride. Overall my experience was good and would definitely recommend this showroom if you are a cycling enthusiast and looking for a perticular model.
