★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good party Hall for 80 to 100 people with a equally spacious separate dining hall which can seat about 30 to 40 people at a time. The location is very convenient and is in the center very close to Lal bagh main gate. If you are a lingayat the per day rent is very sharp at around 10k. You will need to arrange your own catering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean small hall. can accommodate up to 75 members at a time.. Vry comfortable for simple get togethers or functions like engagements, naming ceremony, committee meetings, bday parties. Also a good dining hall that can provide ample space for 30-40 people at a time..
However as it is amidst of residential area parking space is a concern. N not a right choice at all if u r inviting huge crowd.. This place can only accommodate 50-75 people.
