★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is clean laboratory with latest equipments. I got my mother's reports done over there. It took around 2 hours to get all the reports done including sonography, ecg, tmt and all necessory tests. She also got dental treatment. Overall nice experience. Place is also suggested for senior citizens and handicap ppl as they have lift facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Available services are: ecg, tmt, sonography, xray, audiometry, eye and dental checkup, pft; physician, dental, radiologist, gynec, nutritionist consultation and all laboratory reports including allergy testing with latest equipments. Go with prebooked appointment.
They have various discount packages available for different age group of people.
Generally have a heavy rush on Saturdays. Tests will consume time of 2.5 - 3 hours as per your package.(2 hours minimum if diabetes test- fasting and PP2BS included (as blood will be drawn twice at two hours interval.) Single tests are quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have fairly good health checkup services but they are dishonest. The health checkup lists that mammography will be carried out,however the center has no equipment for conducting this test so they make a sorry face and say at the end of the tests that they cant do this test. This shows how irresponsible and money- minded they are.
Also, the consulting doctor will unnecessarily create fear in even the slightest deviation in reports and asks for conducting more tests at the center. My aunt had to do three rounds of useless expensive tests and later when we consulted the family doctor, those were not needed in the first place.
The center has a good gynaecologist. But other than that, the administration and general physician are not at all up to the mark. The center took fifteen days to confirm the appointment after the payment and that happened by seven followup calls in the span of one week.
I would rather recommend to travel a bit longer for the sake of peace of mind and go to Apollo at Gandhinagar. They have amazing customer experience and genuine doctors....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They looted like anything during the second wave of covid-19 in case of sample collection from home for the patients those are home quarantined. They charged 100% of the billing amount as collection charges
2. Also charged double rates for the CBC/CRP reports
3. Not on time collection of samples
4. The person who visited had no experience about blood collection. After three failed attempts on both the hands, the blood was collected
5. No hygiene related to covid-19
6. No payment receipt was provided

Very clean and hygienic sample collection process neat and very clean procedures.
May all types test done here..
It have facilities to collect samples from home like (blood, urine) etc.
Doctors are very good behavior with all patients and very brief explainer about patients problem.
Best Services ever in the town...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before you read ahead I want to let you know that this review is by a qualified medical doctor. It is the most unprofessional diagnostic laboratory. I had my worst experience with them. They have no worth ethics and have the worst management. They don't value the patient's time and money. They will give you the appointment of 8:00 AM but only to keep you waiting until 11:00 AM when the doctor arrives. Is this how a private medical setup functions? How dare they keep the patients waiting for 3 hours on empty stomach just for some minor tests and examination. I would never recommend any of my patients or colleagues to visit this laboratory. There are far better diagnostic centres in Ahmedabad who value their patients so please never opt for this lab for any of your tests.

This incidence is of last week of September 2021.
Had worst experience, staff generated multiple receipt of bill (which we need to carry while collecting reports) they gave me 1 and another was given to some1 else.. further my reports were also given to some1 else.
They DISCLOSED my personal information and HEALTH DATA WITHOUT my CONSENT to an UNKNOWN PERSON (the 1 who was NOT my representative)
Confidentiality is usually referred to as an ethical issue. It is, but it is also a legal principle.
Healthcare workers are usually bound by a confidentiality clause in their contracts.
There are requirements under the "Data Protection Act to keep personal data, including medical records, secure."
It is a condition of registration to abide by Medical Council guidance, which includes a requirement to "respect patient confidentiality."
As LAW & HIPPA guidelines are not followed this both are violated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have eye testing machine to check eye vision. As part of basic vision checking they check if you can read from distance or not, which for all practical purpose useless!!
