★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an example of unprofessionalism at its finest. The guy (Alok Singh) who answered and arranged for a home collection for a few routine tests did not send any receipt along with the lab executive. The lab executive/agent (Atul Singh) informed us that once he returned back to his center, he’d send us the receipt which would contain the lab id. The lab id is required to view the report. Nothing was sent to us. When we called them back the next day, Alok Singh was highly rude and claimed that we should have told him to send a receipt before booking the home collection! Which service does not generate a receipt? When asked for the lab id to view our reports which weren’t sent to us, he said to call customer service and refused to help out citing he was outstation. When we called the lab executive, he too was extremely rude and cited he was busy.
This place makes you run from pillar to post to get something you paid a lot of money for already. The people running this scam need to be trained to be polite and professional.
Second time a unpleasant experience with Dr Lal. Never again.
Avoid this place at all costs!
